This is that project in the area of drunk driving defense. Now it may be overly ambitious to think that we could approach the participation of 10,000 DUI lawyers, or that there are even that many in the entire country who devote their practices to DWI defense. But it is realistic to think that through the use of technology on this and other blogs, we can get the word out about new issues in DUI defense, and help improve our practices and educate the public on this touchy subject at the same time.

For the uneducated or uninitiated, there is a perception that lesser attorneys get into DUI defense. Nothing could be more inaccurate. The fact is, drunk driving defense is one of the most challenging areas of practice, and for those who have a sense of being a living human being in addition to being a lawyer, it beats the heck out of citing the UCC or figuring out what to do with a dead person’s money.

DUI Lawyers - you love them when you need them, but you’re quick to distance yourself from them when you don’t.
